We want you to love your Moda Minx pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and sanitary stickers.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
